PREVIEW of my skill level...i guess

haha--they're all of my toes! i've been doin this for 3 years, and yet i've taken no pictures!! these were jus of my own toes bc i don't carry my camera around with me like that and i never can remember to take pictures of my clients nails. oh, wait i jus took one!
haha (i laugh a lot, get used to it)--she was goin to a wedding and she had some fancy shoes to go with a very plain dress--so she said--her shoes were a mixed print, they were leopard print on the back near the hee,l and so my job were to make her toes go with her shoes, and TA-DA! she loved it and it made me feel good.

i do a lot of art on the hands too, but obviously not on my hands bc i'm too much of a klutz to keep it on at work, it's a hassel trying to not touch the acetone (polish remover)--it's near impossible! for the most part, all my art work is painted freehand, however, recently i've been obsessed with junk art, aka 3d art, aka acrylic art, whatever u wanna call it! i love the japanese style! my aunt from california jus came to visit and i pimped out her nails! it took me a long time bc it was my FIRST attempt! ok, i did like 2 flowers for 2 customers and a lil bit on fake nails, but this is my first set! and it took me FOREVER! we stayed after hours, i was GRUMPY. but i'm pretty pleased, i have potential.


so watch me as i try to reach my nirvana in nail artistry!! and semi-daily bloggings of my daily struggles and shopping raids (WARNING: perfect candidate for shopaholic anonymous). WARNING#2: i am a student; i am a full-time worker and semi-business owner (lol); a dancing fiend; and a lazy bum = so i might be a real flake at updating my blog, but hopefully i really get into it and get some great motivational feedback!
